Applicability of Policy
By agreeing to use the Aries Rigout Exchanges Portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on ariesrigout.com.
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on ariesrigout.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
To place a return/exchange request

We offer exchanges & returns within 2-3 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.

Pick-up will be attempted ones. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check, and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.

Estimated delivery for all exchange queries falls between 7-10 working days.

If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to the availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product, or you will be issued a store credit, which can be availed at online purchase.

For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued as wallet points once the QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, tags are removed, WE WON’T PROCEED WITH THE QUERY.

We are available Monday-Saturday between 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.

Cancellation of orders is only permitted on COD orders, which will be possible if and until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations or refunds. Any refunds are issued in the form of store credit equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within 3 (three) months. wallet points are non-refundable and are only redeemable while shopping in our www.ariesrigout.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange/Return of Products:
(a) You may initiate the request for an exchange/return of a product if:
(i) Product does not fit;
(ii) both the product and shipping package have been damaged;
(iii) Product is defective ;
You can exchange/return the product(s) purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy the below mandatory conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
- The brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
- Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought, and the product matches our records.
- There is no foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.
- The product(s), if bought as a set, should be exchanged as the complete set.
- Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
- Brand Tags and labels should not be removed
Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse logistics partners. Upon receipt of a request for the return of the product on ariesrigout.com and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse logistics partners may contact you to collect the purchased products from you.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
